Shipping Policies

Orders are shipped FOB from Batavia, New York. Unless you tell us otherwise, we make every effort to ship by the least expensive means. For most orders, orders weighing greater than 2 lbs., it is usually more cost effective to ship by UPS. For smaller orders US Priority Mail can often be a less expensive alternative.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship by US Priority Mail.

We ship internationally as well. Orders shipped to Canada are shipped by UPS Ground or US Priority Mail, again whichever is less expensive. For other destination the choice is usually between First Class International and Priority Mail. We will contact you with the time and costs shipping options before sending your order.

Backorders

We back order all out-of-stock items unless the customer specifies otherwise. When items that were previously out-of-stock arrive we will notify you to confirm you still want these items before shipping.
